A residential programme covering more than 3000 m²

The CAILLEAU Group, which develops residential property in SW France, entrusted the teams from SEQUABAT with the construction of the new project in Montpellier. This project developed in the NW of the city now offers 58 homes from bedsits to 2-bedroom flats in reasonably sized blocks with a maximum of five or six floors. The project also offers parking spaces on the ground floor and in two basement levels.

SEQUABAT managed the whole of this residential project. Its design team carried out all the surveys to come up with a made-to-measure block satisfying the client’s requirements. The building teams then took over to erect this building stretching over more than 3000 m². In all, it took eighteen months of work to build this project, Les Terrasses du Parc.
