Sequabat, which specialises in the design and construction of business, commercial and residential property has just started work on the completion of the partial renovation programme at the Furtado long-term care home in Bordeaux.

Cicobail, a subsidiary of the NATIXIS Group has just shown their confidence in Sequabat in finishing the work being done to renovate part of the Furtado long-term care home in the centre of Bordeaux. Run by Domusvi, France’s third biggest private company in the care home sector, this new medical centre will offer 82 long term care home beds when it opens.

Sequabat will be ensuring its workers satisfy the client’s demands, starting with adapting the current structure of the present building to adapt it to the use by the future team. “This project will allow us to show off the specific skills and know-how we have at Sequabat,” explained Sébastien PICARD, General Director of Sequabat.

After twelve months of work, Sequabat will hand over the keys of this new care home to Cicobail next summer.
